SPEAKER_01Welcome to Purpose Driven Success with Mo Salami, where real journeys, mindset shifts, and strategic insights meet purpose-driven success. I'm your host, Mo Salami. Every week we dive into real conversations with high achieving founders and leaders, uncovering the mindsets, strategies, and takeaways that help you define and achieve success on your own terms. Hi, this is Mo Salami, and welcome to another episode of the podcast. I have for you today an understated powerhouse. Emily Kendall is a business strategist and coach whose expertise wasn't built in theory but forged on the treatment room floor. Before founding Spar Project, Emily worked as a licensed aesthetician and a celebrity makeup artist. She saw firsthand how talent without preparation leads to burnout, chaos, and stalled growth. That experience shaped her conviction that results come from disciplined systems, clear decision making, and showing up every single day as the leader that your business requires. Today, Emily helps MedSpa owners and founders replace guesswork with proven frameworks, scale with confidence, and build businesses that perform consistently without relying on hustle alone. Emily, the understated genius. Welcome.
SPEAKER_00Thank you, Mo. Thank you. That was a wonderful introduction. I really, really appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you for having me.
SPEAKER_01Very welcome. So your journey started in the treatment room, and I just want you to share what was that defining moment early in your career as a licensed esthetician that really shaped how you think about the med spar industry today?
SPEAKER_00So when I started, I was a single mom. Uh when I really got serious about my career and making more money, I at that point I was a single mom of two little girls. I was about 20 24, 25 years old. Uh, had a one and a two-year-old. And I was I was actually waiting tables at night and then working in the salon during the day. I was an esthetician, still an anesthetician, but started out in a salon, had my own no room and and just worked for people over the course of several years who always just seemed disheveled and uncertain and full of distraction and just mismanaging things. And I just saw this pattern, you know, from people that I was working for. There was a moment where I thought I could, I could do this myself. And a lot of that was pride and feeling like I was kind of better than other people because I I was working with clients and I had grew my clientele and I I would go to work eventually. I went to work every day and had a schedule full of clients, back to back to back to back. Sometimes I couldn't even take a lunch break, and I would work from the moment I got there until the evening. And it was amazing, and I loved it. And everyone when they left felt beautiful, they looked beautiful, and it just was like instant gratification on many levels. So I was making a lot of money, and then my clients were highly satisfied, and I was getting all these referrals, and so I was able to grow this clientele. And then on the flip side, you know, the people that I worked for, you know, I just I reflect a lot and observe and just thought, you know, maybe I can do this myself. And so I did. I I opened up my first store with without any expectations. Like I really just went to this business because I just wanted kind of peace and quiet, and I wanted my customers to have a nice place to go and come and go. And that was really it. Like in my mind, it was just me and my customers. And in order to kind of lease a space, like a brick and mortar, it's really hard to find like a small space. So I ended up getting a storefront that was in a retail strip. And I think I had around 750 square feet. And so then once I was in there, the dreams became alive. Like I started to see the possibilities that I could do within this space because it was a much bigger space than just me in one room. And was then like the love of growing it and figuring it out. And I had never been good at anything else that I thought of in my life. And so this was like my opportunity to really like be creative and create this thing that was mine that no one could take away from me. So I thought.
SPEAKER_01What I love so much about that was when you made that decision that I can do it myself. And when you made that decision, was there any type of hesitation or did you just go for it?
SPEAKER_00The thought of I could do this myself, it crept in over time. And there was a point where I became just really unhappy and working, you know, where I was working for this lady. And it just but it had been happening before I even had worked for her, you know, the final straw. There was that moment where it was like, yes, you know, that thought had been there, kind of lurking and kind of whispering to me, and you know, you can do this, you can do this. And and so I would every now and then kind of daydream about the idea of being a business owner, having no idea what any of that meant. And then the moment happened where it was like, yes, I'm gonna do it. It started after I had kind of started looking into how much does it cost to lease a space, still not knowing about business license, or I needed to get a license from the Board of Cosmetology, or I had nothing. I just did everything literally one step at a time, and I didn't think about the future. It was it was just like, where can I go to work with my customers right now? Yeah. So it just kind of leapt into it.
SPEAKER_01That is so awesome. What I'm hearing is that you didn't wait for every single box to be checked before you move forward, and that is just so awesome. You referred to it a little bit before. How important is having a portfolio of referrals for a spa business or for a business in general?
SPEAKER_00That is the number one most important thing that you should be thinking about. I just got off of a call with a potential customer, and I talk about this often. So many people are concerned with how to market their business, they're spending money on marketing that they don't really have, that they could be saving for cash flow emergencies or just operational costs. And it just reminds me of when I, you know, I was fortunate enough to when I opened that business, at the time, I had 500 clients. So day one on, you know, not everyone arrived on the on day one when we opened, but I had 500 clients already, you know, wanting to come to my business and do business with me. And we were in business three years before I sold it. No, I'm sorry, five years. We were in business for five years before I sold it. And I had grown that 2,000 active clients. And that back then, social media was just kind of new. People really weren't promoting their businesses on social media like they are now. You know, I had a templated website that I used that I had built myself, but was not driving leads. I did not utilize email marketing in any way. So my marketing strategy was none. My marketing strategy was referral, a referral strategy. I didn't realize that that's what I was doing, but that is where I got the bulk of my business. That was all referrals. And so it is so important, especially when you're growing a business and you don't have a lot of money to get this business up and going, or maybe you need to save that money for certain expenses. There's so many free ways to grow a business as far as clients and referrals before you're throwing money at the ads. When you realize your processes are working and you've got something that is like sticking and people love it, and you got the extra money, then yeah, that that's when I suggest, okay, now let's throw some fuel to the fire, let's throw some money at that marketing, just keep it cranking and really get it going. But in the beginning, it I don't think it's necessary. From my experience, and I've had multiple businesses, referrals was always number one. And it helped me like, oh my gosh, my friends trust me, my clients trust me, they're sending me people. It's a huge boost in confidence as well.
SPEAKER_01So outstanding. So you took a decision to take the lead, you built your own spa, you sold your own spa. What was one of the like a a takeaway, a business lesson you got from from that whole process? What would you say was number one?
SPEAKER_00Number one, before like leading up to selling the business, I became I felt very lonely in the process of running a business because you in the beginning, you're like very well liked, everyone's so excited and happy for you. And then as more and more of these thoughts crept in of like falling in love with business, wanting to learn how to grow it, hiring employees, you no longer are like equal. You're now like managing a team, and people are now under you and looking up to you. And and and for me, I had no idea what I was doing. I had to learn everything as I went. And so it was just, it became a lonely, lonely place to be. What really stuck was when I realized, and I had eventually had to get the help of a mentor and a business coach. And that was kind of a new world for me because no one in my family has business sense, and I didn't go to college. I just like I had no idea what I was doing. And so I started reading every book that I could, learning, you know, the podcasts were new. So I started listening to a lot of podcasts and finally found a mentor. And she really helped me understand that I did know what I was doing. I just needed some strategy. And I was doing the right things, a little bit in the wrong order, and needed maybe an outside perspective to look on it. That uncovered something in me, more confidence, but it also helped me realize that I wanted to help people on a deeper level. I wanted to help other business owners because I was also looking for a coach or a consultant or just some kind of mentor in the industry, in the med spa space, in the aesthetic industry. And at the time there wasn't really anything like that. I wasn't finding them if they were there. On top of being a lonely business owner, which I think most people can relate to that, it can be a lonely world if you let it be. Your spouse doesn't really relate, your mom doesn't relate, your kids don't understand what you're going through, your friends don't usually understand what you're going through as an entrepreneur. And so in that aspect, it can be lonely. And I don't know, there was just a discovery there of finding a need. Like I found a need. There was a need for someone to help people like me. And it just starts slowly developed into eventually wanting myself, I wanted to help. I wanted to be that person to help other people that were like me. That's I don't know, it was a journey. And it's like I had to just take all those little baby steps to kind of figure out where this journey was gonna take me next.
SPEAKER_01So what I'm hearing is that again, you didn't wait for all the ducks to be in row in line, however the phrase goes, to move forward. You sort of move forward, built as you went along, but not by yourself, with coaches and mentors. And again, how important is a coach or a mentor for someone's business journey? Quick question. SPEAKER_00Well, I think that's I I really appreciate you mentioning that because I rarely ever think I've never even really thought about it that way. And because sometimes I get so caught up in what I'm doing, and I see this in other people that I work with. We are extremely busy, and I as a perfectionist, because at a as a perfectionist, like at heart, like I want everything to be perfect, me with my confidence and decision making, and and then I can move on to the next thing. Um, so I appreciate you like seeing that as just kind of sometimes you just gotta kind of just go. You gotta push the go button and take a step, and things are gonna work out in one way or the other. And if even if they work don't work out the way you want them to, you're not gonna know unless you take that step. Finding someone along the way was very key to where I am today. I mean, up until that point, I was feeling extremely down on myself. I was feeling like I'm an idiot, I am stupid, I don't know what I'm doing, I'm not meant to do this. And I mean, this this went on for a couple of years because I started in the business right away, things were successful because I had all these customers already. Day one, the door opens and I'm I'm busy with customers. Well, then I slowly started realizing I could kind of grow this thing. I could maybe add some new services or some new retail products, you know, which is another investment. And I love art and creating things and even just creating a beautiful space that costs money. I want to employ people, I want to help other people make money. And so I just kind of did all those things one at a time. And then before I knew it, I was like, okay, I've collaborated all these things, and now it's not doing as well as I as I once was on my own. Um, and I didn't really know how to get out. I started making decisions in a panic state because I didn't know what the right answer was. And so I was just like kind of reactive in making business decisions. And so I started making a couple that didn't really serve my business at all. And it was just all out of just kind of being scared. And so when I got that mentor, uh, I kind of had to go through a few people because in the beginning, I was asking like my husband at the time, who was not a business person. He is a great person, but he just wasn't had didn't have a business sense. I remember asking anyone who would listen to me in my problems with work. I would, I was like an open book. You know, I wanted to tell them all about it because I was trying to find a solution to help me figure out how to not be so strapped with cash flow, which was ultimately, you know, the issue. So it was, you know, my ex-husband at the time, my neighbor. I remember a friend of mine who was a neighbor. I even talked to a life coach uh who was who was recommended. She was a free life coach, a priest, you know, it was like literally anyone who would listen to me. I thought that maybe they knew better than I did. And along that path, I did eventually find uh a mentor who is business-minded. She just finding the right person is amazing because she just really helped me understand, okay, you do know what you're doing and guided me through some things. I was like, okay, I can do this, I can breathe now. But I had I not found this person or even attempted to find the right type of mentor or coach, like I just would have continued to feel like I was a complete idiot, you know. Like, and now I teach my own clients, like you don't know what you don't know until you know it. So it's not your fault you don't know it. You just weren't taught that, right? So go out and discover until you can kind of figure it out.
SPEAKER_01I like that so much. You don't know what you don't know until you know what you know. With the feelings of I'm not enough slash unworthiness, where did those come from?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think some of it comes from childhood and just in the environment that I grew up in, uh, not being around adults that helped guide my future. So there was, you know, that was a big, I think a big part of it, where like a root of it. Because then as I got older and I just continued to surround myself around people who were not ambitious, who were not all bad people, but just were very content in the life that they had. I ever since I was a little girl, I just, you know, it's like I don't know if this is a dream, if I'm just too much of a dreamer, a daydreamer, or what, but I always just had this like light that I knew was like there that I wanted to follow. And I didn't know what any of that meant or how to make anything happen, but there were always so many things that I was curious about. And I think my curiosity is what has kind of helped me explore and just keep going, even when I didn't want to.
SPEAKER_01So outstanding. So you help clients design six-figure sales events. What are the key elements that make a spa event truly profitable?
SPEAKER_00Well, you gotta get people to show up. Okay, so there's two main things that have to happen to have a successful uh sales event. For one, you have to sell, you have to have people show up who are willing to buy. So you have to have the right people showing up who are qualified, who can afford your services, and then you have to present those services in a way that they want to purchase from you. So those main two main things have to happen. And how they happen can it takes a little bit of time to kind of figure it out and make it happen along the way. Um, so there is some strategy behind both. Two main points. They got you gotta have people show up. So how are you gonna make that happen? And then they have to buy, and how are you gonna present the offer to them so that they actually want to purchase?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Wow. My mind is thinking of you know the steps to selling. Is it almost like an interactive live version of that? Of course, adding value and so forth, versus having a jamboree where like a bunch of people show up, they have a lot of fun, they go home and wait, we didn't meet our objective.
SPEAKER_00So with a with a sales event, specifically within a medical spa or any type of brick and mortar, I recommend, you know, you could do this if you owned a t-shirt shop. Like you could do the same thing. Um along the way of just running regular daily operations, you've got to be communicating with your existing customer base. So an in-person event, uh the most successful in-person events that I've seen were that the people that attended who purchased were already existing customers. But I've I've had sales events where I've had new leads attend, but you don't know what type of person per se that they're going to be qualified exactly. Are they your type of clientele? You know, you're not sure. But you do have if you're if you're keeping contact information, emails, and phone number of your existing clients, that's who you should be marketing to. You know, I've been taught and I've found it true and true time and time again. Again, 10% of our existing customer base is going to buy from us the next big thing or another or again. And so if you've got a thousand customers, you can there's kind of a formula there of like, okay, if I got a thousand customers and I can invite them all, I probably can get about a hundred of them to RSVP. So then we can kind of break that down. Well, then typically, if you want to think about a birthday party, if you're gonna have a birthday, if every time I have a birthday party for one of my kids or or even anything like that, I will send out my RSVPs or send out the invitations. I get the RSVPs. Sometimes I have about half of the people that I have invited who were going to attend actually show up. Okay. So let's say I have a thousand customers, a hundred RSVPs. I could kind of say, yeah, maybe only 50 are actually going to show up. And these are existing customers. You would kind of market a little differently for the for new lead generation. That might be more of like an open house kind of style of event, maybe a very low, low ticket offer and the new lead type of sales event. But for sales events that are going to be $100,000 or $200, or even try to get like a you know $20,000 or $50,000 sales event, we got to kind of have some higher ticket items. Because if I'm going to have that 1,000 customers invite 100 RSVP, 50 show up. Okay, I can guarantee 10% of who actually attend are going to buy. So that's 50 who show up, five are only gonna buy. So I've got to really have a higher offer. Who who's gonna buy for me? Who's gonna spend thousands of dollars with me? Someone who already knows me, or who has been around for a little while. So it's really important to get those people that you know that have been doing business with you already, who are used to purchasing from you already. You you want them to attend, you want them to show up. And I I've seen this work over and over and over again. So you can you can pretty much say, like, let's say that's those five people purchase from you and your goal is $20,000. You know, each person needs to purchase, you know. You see what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01When your clients, when people typically host, and I get it, six figures might mean five, might mean a bit more than that, just depending on the on the business owner and the size of the business, clientele, products and service, etc. When someone hosts a six-figure sales event, do they get to six figures the first event?
SPEAKER_00I wish they did. I wish they did. No, they don't typically, they do not. It can be done. Going back to the formula of how many people can you actually get to show up. You know, so many people I've heard, I've talked to that's like, oh, I didn't I didn't hit that number. But they still had a really successful event. If we can kind of also put into consideration what is our normal daily sales average, if we're typically only selling about a thousand a day or maybe two to five thousand dollars in a single day. Well, if we had a $20,000 day, that would be freaking amazing, right? So we might not go from $2,000 a day to a hundred from that one sales event. It's gonna take a little bit of time and a little bit of momentum to get there because, like I said, it's all about the strategy. We're gonna need to need a lot of people to show up. We're gonna need like a hundred people to attend. We're gonna have that two to ten thousand dollar offer. Maybe maybe it's a five thousand dollar offer, you know, somewhere in there. You might have other things that you offer that are someone might just want to purchase some skincare, not necessarily a full package of body treatments or laser treatments, etc., but focus on the number of attendees to be greater. And so if you're gonna have that many people attending, you gotta have the staff to cater to them while they're there, to talk to them. And there's just a strategy and how they experience your business. Think of it as think of a sales event as it's this isn't like a birthday party where we attend a birthday party with as a little kid, and the host gives me a free party favor, a free present, and I get to take it home. No, this is a a party where or an event where they're coming, they might eat for free, you know. Like I'm getting my my words mixed up here, but if you think about an actual birthday party, you're gonna attend, you're gonna eat for free, typically, drink for free typically. And then if if it's a kid party, you might get that party favor, like the little bag of goodies and candy or whatever, and they send it home. Well, we want to give them that fun experience, but we want them to purchase that free, that little giveaway at the end, right? So this isn't where we're just going to mingle and let them lounge around our business and drink our our wine for free and eat all of our catered food. This is an intentional sales event. So we we have to intentionally give them an experience that they then want to buy from us. So it's it's all about the strategy and how you get them. And I love talking about them and telling people exactly how to do it.
SPEAKER_01I love that reframe as well about that business owner that's had this $20,000 event. Their normal take-home is $1,000 or $2,000 a day. And just that reframe about what success or a win or victory means for them and and how they can see that differently, that is so outstanding. This is a general business owner question. I'll frame it for spa owners, but I wonder if business owners in general can get take something from this. Delegations can be hard for business owners. You mentioned being a perfectionist. What's the mindset shift that a business owner must have or a spa owner must have to really empower their team, like to really step away and empower their team? And I'm thinking of the business owner that's holding that six-figure event, right? Trying to have their hands in every single bucket of that process, for example. Alright, quick pause. Hi, it's mostly and I wanted to share something that I've created for you. If you're a successful entrepreneur and you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to focus on next, I've put together a strategic recalibration toolkit to help you restore clarity, sharpen your decisions, and protect your momentum without adding complexity. Go to mostsalami.com forward slash toolkit to download it. That's mostlami.com forward slash toolkit, where you'll get three concise frameworks that are used with high-level founders to regain direction and confidence. You can grab it now at mostslami.com forward slash toolkit. I'll link it in the show notes. Okay, back to the episode.
SPEAKER_00So if I could sum up your answer into one word, and that would be trust. If you are at the point in your business where you are ready to delegate more, you want to scale, and you know that you cannot do everything on your own, you have to at some point come to terms that you just have to trust the your staff members, you have to trust God, you got to just trust the system, right? So if you can't do that, if you can't trust that they're gonna help you take it to the next level, then you gotta do everything that you possibly can to empower your team and the processes so that they can do that for them, for you. We're not gonna grow if we don't put everything into our team. They have to know exactly how to talk about the products that we sell. They have to know exactly how we want them to do literally everything, how we want them to clean the bathroom, how we want them to greet someone as they walk in the front door. How do we want them to follow up with them? What do they we want them to say? Because if we are at the point where it's like, I can't do any more on my own, someone else has to do it. We have to create clones, we have to replicate ourselves, and we have to teach someone to do that. We can't expect other people to be just like us if we never even taught them how to be like us. So they're never gonna replace us, you know, 100%. They're not. No one is ever gonna be like me, exactly. Like it's just not the way it works. But if I want my clients and my customers to trust the people that I work with, I have to give them all the tools that I can. And once you start doing that and you really can define your processes and you will be able to trust them more, you'll also be able to see right away who's a team player and who's not. If they're if they are willing to do it your way all the way, be open to suggestions at times, be open-minded. But overall, like you created the business, you've made it, you kicked it off, you're doing it, you know, making it amazing. There's some a lot of truth to the way that you're doing it. We gotta replicate that. And then we can like free up our minds to just like trust the process, trust other people. We have to. If you want to take it to another level, that's what you got to do. Otherwise, you're gonna kind of just stay where you're at.
SPEAKER_01And that B word comes up, burnout, I guess. Yeah, at some point. You mentioned a word I like so much earlier, which was referrals. We love referrals. And when you're working with clients, how do you empower your clients to streamline that referral process and even the client retention process? Is that something you work with your clients on?
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. I think part of that referral process is it kind of leads back to what we were just talking about trusting your staff members, but how do you trust them? You've you've got to provide a way for them to know your business inside out. They've got to understand your products and services inside and out. And so I like to pour into my team. I want them to become experts in what they do. And when everyone that works for you is an expert, your customers will feel it. They will see it. And they don't even have to go and talk about what you do, especially in our world in the beauty industry. If you are looking fabulous and beautiful, it's like, hey, I want my skin to look like yours. You, you look good. I don't know what maybe go is going on with you, but tell me, what is what are you doing? Where are you going? I want to go there. So it's a reflection. So in that world, we we kind of have a double whammy there. We've got the physical like appearance of like, wow, that's a great you're doing something amazing. I want to be a part of that. But when you have a great experience about with somebody, you you want to go and share it. And people are actually 10 times more gonna go and tell someone about a bad experience. But when someone is actually looking for a great place, you know for sure you can say, This is where you need to go. These people are amazing. You know, our word is so important when people trust us and uh people don't give out recommendations just randomly. There's a relationship there.
SPEAKER_01So outstanding. You talk a lot about leading with clarity and confidence. How does one do that as a business owner?
SPEAKER_00Education. Get educated on what you're doing, educating your team. You got to educate yourself. If you're not clear and don't know how to make a decision, learn more about what it is you don't know. You can hire people to tell you what to do. And that that can work for a little while, but you're still not going to have that clarity. Learn enough so that you can at least have conversations about what it is that you need to know, what whatever needs to be done. That was my hiccup. Like, and it kind of stopped me and progressing in my business for a while because I just thought, oh, I don't know how to do this, I'm not good at this. I don't know how many times I wanted to quit. Even as a business coach, as you know, other businesses, it's like, maybe this isn't for me. I'm just gonna quit. Getting educated, getting around people that are doing what it is that you're wanting to do and learning from them, that's how you take it to the next level. That's how you you gotta keep, you know, if you want to keep going. Education, get educated. Absolutely. And you you can be like me. You can you can actually make it happen, even if you're a high school dropout. Like, don't limit yourself. Uh if I had always listened to my inner voice, I wouldn't be where I am today.
SPEAKER_01I was just really processing what you just said. It was so so so outstanding there. Uh so sometimes you have the business owner that says to his or herself, this is my level. You know, speaking of limiting yourself, successful business, this is my level. That's what our revenue is and clients we have, and this is a product or service that that I do. No, no type of iteration for what the client needs. What's the mindset shift that has to happen for the business owner to now take it to that next level to go from aesthetician or s and or spa owner to we're gonna hold six-figure events twice a year, for example, thrice a year, for example, what's that mindset shift that has to happen?
SPEAKER_00I'm really glad that you brought that up because this has been occurring a lot recently, and and I see it in my clients and I see it in myself sometimes. And it's who do I need to become so that I can fulfill that that goal, that vision that I want to happen. I've been trucking along for so long, you know, even early on in the stages, starting out as the aesthetician, just the technician. And I was really good at what I did. So I took that and I was like, okay, because I'm so great at this, I must be a also a great business owner, right? So then I turn, it's a new role. You you you transition into a new role and you don't even realize it, but it is, it's a completely brand new role. It's a different job, you know, it's a completely different job.
SPEAKER_01If you went back in time when you were just starting out as a spa owner, what piece of advice would you give yourself when you first started out?
SPEAKER_00I would tell myself to take care of myself first, don't forget to eat, schedule lunch, and actually go eat lunch. Um and part of the journey of becoming a business owner really helped me mature as an adult. I had to taught me how to love myself because I didn't before. Throughout the process, you know, I started spending more time in the morning, praying. At one point I was meditating every day, and just that time has become a staple in my everyday life. And if I don't get it, I get kind of cranky, especially if I'm out of town, you know. But I would go back and even earlier in my life and in my teens, you know, early 20s, and tell myself to start though that routine earlier in the earlier in my life. Um, it was a complete game changer of starting my day not in a rush, not in a hurry, and just giving some time for peace and quiet because the day will constantly bring you distractions, constantly, all day, every day. It is just one big giant distraction. And we need to have a little peace in our minds. And when we do, it helps us make better decisions and it helps us process things a little bit, a little bit easier. So that would be the one thing.
SPEAKER_01So at the top of the interview, I referred to you as the understated powerhouse. And I purposely didn't give any extra explanation because I knew that as the interview unfolds, it will be clear why I've said that. So I just wanted to bring that back up. How do we learn more about you? Where do we find out more about you? And uh, if someone's listening to this and want to be coached by you or find out more about your services.
SPEAKER_00Oh, well, thank you very, very much. So if you want to, you can reach out to me at Emily at SpaProject.com. And I've also have a free community on Facebook uh for spa owners. Anyone in the aesthetic business is also able to join. Um, it's called Aesthetic Connections Facebook group. So it's an aesthetic connections networking club and it's a Facebook group. So it's aesthetic with an A. Uh A-E-S-T-H-E-T-I-C. It's a strange word, but that's how you spell it. So go to that Facebook group, or if you want to reach out again to Emily at Spa Project.com. I can also easily send you the links. So and then I'm on all of social media, Instagram, Facebook.
